This Role is for You If You:
- Are 100% in your element when you're selling—because that’s what you’ll be doing 90% of the time.
- Crave a fast-paced, high-reward environment with zero need to hunt your own leads.
- Want to represent a robust inventory—200+ homes ready to go in 2025.
- Thrive with structure and support—our seasoned transaction coordinator handles your admin load.
- Love being the closer and smashing sales goals.
Qualifications:
- Enthusiastic, outgoing, and unstoppable.
- Highly organized and tech-savvy.
- Clear and confident communicator.
- Conflict doesn’t scare you—you handle it with professionalism.
- A Colorado Real Estate License (Highly Preferred).
- New construction experience is a huge plus.
- Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the Denver Metro Area.
