Position Overview: Are you an experienced, independent construction professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? redT Homes is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee the build and execution of our multi-family home projects across the Denver Metro Area. This role requires a hands-on, self-starter with strong Procore proficiency, safety training awareness, and a passion for quality construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of construction on assigned residential job sites, from pre-construction through completion.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, field staff, and site operations to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Conduct pre-construction reviews, site assessments, and ongoing inspections to ensure adherence to plans, codes, and safety protocols.
- Enforce site safety standards and participate in ongoing safety trainings and compliance.
- Monitor project schedules using Procore and Microsoft Project.
- Build strong relationships with trade partners, inspectors, and municipal officials to ensure smooth workflows and timely inspections.
- Manage scope changes, cycle times, and construction phases including excavation, foundation, framing, MEPs, drywall, and final punch.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Construction or Project Management or 5+ years’ of residential construction management experience, with a focus on multi-family homes. 2 years’ experience building in the city of Denver.
- Proven ability to manage multiple job sites independently.
- Deep knowledge of Denver and surrounding metro area permitting, inspections, and building codes (IRC, IEC, LEED preferred).
- Proficiency in Procore is a must; working knowledge of Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar project management tools is preferred.
- Familiar with construction safety protocols and OSHA standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable solving problems on the fly.
- In-fill construction experience with a developer is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication with the broader team.
- Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the Denver Metro Area.
